We know you’re excited to level up your workspace (and honestly, we’re excited for you too). Here is everything you need to know about how we get your MATISM gear from our doors to your desk.
Processing Times & Cut-off
We aren’t a giant, soulless warehouse. We’re a team obsessed with quality.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Cut-off Time: If you place your order before 3:00 PM (EST), we’ll do our best to start processing it the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays will be handled starting the next business day.
- Once your order is packed and ready to fly, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can stalk your package in real-time.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 5-8 Business Days
- Cost: $5.99 (Or FREE for orders over $40.00)
Express Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 2-3 Business Days
- Cost: $12.99

International Shipping
Right now, we are focused on elevating desks across the US. We don’t offer international shipping just yet, but stay tuned—the movement is growing!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, the tracking link is your best friend. It might take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status, so don’t panic if you don’t see movement immediately.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives looking like it went through a blender, or if it says "delivered" but it's nowhere to be found, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We’ll jump in and help solve the mystery.
