30 Days. No Pressure.
You’ve got a full 30 days from the moment your package lands on your doorstep to decide if it’s "the one." All we ask is that you keep it in its original, fresh-out-of-the-box condition. If it’s been used as a snack tray or your cat has already claimed it as a bed, we probably can’t take it back.
No Sneaky Fees (Zero Restocking)
Some stores love to hit you with "restocking fees" just for changing your mind. We’re not those guys. There are zero restocking fees here. We want your experience to be as smooth as our desk mats, from checkout to returns.
Who Pays for the Trip Back?
We try to be as fair as possible here:
- If we messed up: If we sent you the wrong pattern, a funky-looking item, or anything that isn't 100% right, that’s on us. We’ll send you a prepaid label and cover every cent of the return shipping.
- If you just changed your mind: If you decided that lilac isn’t your color or you want a different pattern instead, we’ll ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
Getting Your Money Back
Once your gear makes its way back to us and we give it a quick "thumbs up" inspection:
- 7-Day Promise: We’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
- The Wait: Your bank might take a few extra days to show the cash in your account (they love to take their time), but we’ll do our part fast.
